Course summary

This is a one day course held at Ragmans Lane Farm. In the morning the sessions will include an introduction to cider making, then out into the orchards to pick and wash the fruit prior to pressing. After lunch (please bring a packed lunch) everyone will get the chance to get hands on, using the mills, the presses, pumps, bottle fillers and pasturisers. At the end of the afternoon there will be a chance to taste some cider.
