Cost £100 each Course summary This is the world famous course on how to dramatically speed up waste management.Discover the Lost Art of the ancient Chinese method of thermophilic composting to produce pest and disease free crops of any kind. Come and see the crops we are now cultivating! Richard Higgins the inventor of the HH -2 composting system, developed the system from the work of Sir Albert Howard - the world classic author and grandfather of organic farming in recent times. It is so potent it can digest all toilet waste from compost toilets, HH -3, that collect in bioliners in 14 days. The bioliner and all contents, including sanitary waste, are disappeared in 14 days, (as shown in slide show of our Kampala trials, 2012). The material then comes out of the HH -2 units to mature and at 30 days can be tested for harmful pathogens. None have ever been found by various micro-biological labs. The material is now chemically equal to earth and ready for use for growing heat loving plants or goes on to mature as a general purpose, optimum compost/fertilizer. But the difference with this material is that we get no pests or disease in our crops. The HH -2 Horticultural System is going to Africa this year. Eco Communities are being based around this waste management and growing system, as it remarkably sidesteps organic pesticide sprays and even companion planting, although we do the later for other reasons. Reliable do-it-yourself waste management is a primary concern for community development and the future ecology of the planet. This is the most sustainable, fastest, safest and most space efficient sanitation system on Earth. -- That's Permaculture!
