Fleece to Spinning

In this one day workshop we start with choosing a fleece – what makes a good one and what will be right for your project. We will wash some wool and progress through preparation to learning to spin on a spindle and wheel. Beginners and those wanting a refresher are all welcome. Various wool's and other fibers provided to experiment with. If you have a wheel and carders please bring them along. There will also be instructions to take away. Please wear old clothes.
