A hands on cooking workshop for the novice, the inquisitive or experienced. Inspiring our connection with the season and ourselves.

Linda Davey’s training is in natural nutrition and food energetics (the study of how food affects one’s energy). Linda’s intention is to inspire people with her rich depth of understanding that underpins her teaching practice, focusing on the healing properties of food.
Spring’s rising will introduce exciting ideas and recipes for creating a Personal Spring within.
We will be:
Cooking a seasonal light lunch with fresh organic ingredients and preparing our own sour-dough bread.
Exploring the relationship between the season and the body and its associated organs for Spring Time i.e. Liver/Gallbladder.
Please bring:
Apron, notebook and pen, a sharp knife, chopping board, bread making flour of your choice and a small bowl for your sour dough starter.
“Add at least one more level to your appreciation of why it makes so much sense to create delicious meals, using the ingredients and methods that best unleash the tastes and goodness our bodies need as the season changes! I have been on a couple of courses led by Linda Davey and can thoroughly recommend her approach!” Linda Winn
