Two days by beautiful Loch Tay in Highland Perthshire, in a professional kitchen discussing sharing and practising food preservation techniques. Jams and jellies, pickling, freezing, chutneys, fruit cheeses and curds, drying, wine, vinegars... and lots more. In a country where most crops are harvested June to October how can you grow your own food for year round consumption?
