With Food as our case study, we will work with issues from production to consumption. Asking: how do we become better informed, more responsible and responsive in making choices for ourselves; locally & globally? Designing through hospitality and in community, we will address your present day issues; whilst developing strategies to encourage & support sustainable and resilient personal, communal and planetary wellbeing.
