Introduction to Project Management

This module is for people who want to understand how to manage a strawbale building project from the initial contact with the client to the end of the project. It will not make you into a project manager, but it will give you the basic tools to work on a simple project.

On the first day you will work in groups on a hypothetical case study. On the second day you will work in groups to plan the management of a real strawbale building project. You will leave the module with a Project Tool Kit to help you plan and implement your first project.
