Round wood timber framing

For our round wood timber framing course I’ve cherry-picked the most useful techniques, from the sophisticated to the rough and ready, both have their place! I first started running this courses in 2005 after working with Ben Law on his woodland house in 2003. Every year I still relish the chance to pass the skills on.
No previous experience is required. People aged 17 - 65 have been on our course some want to build houses others furniture or sheds. The skills are appropriate for a range of green wood projects.
This course runs at the lovely wood yard where all our building projects begin life. Scrumptious organic quinine cooked fresh on site by Kath our wonderful baker.
