Top working fruit trees

The polyculture orchard at the Apricot centre has few varieties of fruit tree that do not suit our growing system. So we will be "top working" them with new varieties.
We will be grafting new varieties on to existing trees in the orchard a rare opportunity to see and try out this skill with Mike Wade.
