Talk at Kew Gardens - agroforestry and nut cultivation in the Southern Appalachians

Summary information

As part of the annual KMIS winter lecture series held at RBG, Kew, two 30 minute lectures will be presented by horticultural students who have undertaken travel scholarships. 'Nut Culture & Cultivation in the Southern Appalachians', will introduce several successful agroforestry projects in the region, planting designs, species selection, production of harvests and the opportunities for development in the UK. The lecture will conclude with audience questions.
