Live-in, part-time Butchery Assistant on Organic Farm

Bulstone Springs Farm is a small organic high-welfare poultry farm in East Devon. We rear chickens for eggs and meat, and perform all the processing in our on-site abattoir and butchery facility.

We are looking for a Butchery Assistant to join us on a ‘WWOOFER’ volunteer basis: working part time, 2 days/15 hours per week in return for a beautiful location connected to power with access to WiFi, kitchen, shower-room and outside compost loo, plus regular shared meals.

Help with setting up / expanding permaculture project in Cumbria

Hello

We are a house share in Cumbria, just outside the national park. We live in a 900 year old fortified house on ten acres of land.

In the past we have done regular garden days with local school children, and hosted community events, festivals and workshops.

We have taken a step back from doing so many events to concentrate on what the land needs and set up systems. We are not a fully blown organisation so are just trying to do what we can with our resources.

Permaculture Project Internship(s)

We're looking for a person or two people to come and get involved getting our project properly off the ground. Ideally you'll come and stay here for a while (a season, a year or whatever), working with an experienced Permaculturalist (Dip. Perm. Des.) and getting your PDC if you don't already have one; putting in the energy we're short of, learning lots and having the chance to start your own projects.

You'll definitely need a sense of humour and be prepared to start from scratch. If you might be interested then please email us.

Our project is located in West Wales.

12 week funded course tutor

Hello - My name is Carole and I manage a day opportunity project in Flintshire, North Wales for adults with learning disabilities.
I am almost sure that I have secured a grant to employ a permaculture tutor to run a funded course for us.
We are new to permaculture but would love to get more involved, learn and promote the principles in our everyday lives.

We are looking for an introduction to permaculture course that would be held on-site, particularly interested in no dig beds.

Please get in touch if you would like to discuss further.

Thanks
