Cecil Sharp House Permaculture Learning and Demonstration Garden is a decorative, ecological, edible low maintenance design inspired by the folk adage: one for the birds, one for the bugs and one for me which chimes very well with the permaculture values of earth care, people care, fair shares. It is based on working with the soil-food-web, wildlife and plants as co-gardeners to maintain health and fertility.

Reviews

This Camden in Bloom award winning garden is a great example of permaculture design applied to garden beds. The beds are front and centre at the national folk centre and thousands of people must see them each year. They are attractive with an array of flowering plants and herbs, as well as fruit. There is good signage explaining what's happening too.
