Permaculture Responds is new series of short films shot for us by permaculture filmmakers at projects across England during 2021. The pandemic put somewhat of a spanner in the works several times throughout the process, but the results are worth it! A big thankyou to all those involved in creating the content over the past year (and not just those who made the final films) for being such an inspiring and motivating part of this process. It is in no small way due to the enthusiasm, ideas and support from this small group of people that kept us motivated and determined to make it happen.* The aim of this project was to prioritise stories from disadvantaged, marginalised, and BAME communities and by doing so, inspire more people to positive, regenerative action, particularly around food production. The projects featured are: The Kitchen Garden Enterprise - Heart of BS13 in Bristol by Christina Wheeler; The Comfrey Project, Tyne and Wear by Alasdair King; Graceworks in Leicester, by James Murray-White and Grounded Community in Bournemouth, by Jono Watson Short.
