Design Practice event at Brindhurst Farm

We have been asked to provide an outline design for the property at Brindhurst Farm near Macclesfield. The property is a family-owned smallholding. Initially we will be working with the owners as clients and we aim to go through the first cycle of the design process over two Saturdays this springtime, ready for the growing season. In addition to the garden and woodland areas, there is scope for local craft business, on-site training and the beginnings of a local food economy.

The event will be supported by an experienced team of permaculture designers led by Angus Soutar from the Northern School of Permaculture. As well as the fun of participating in the event, you will have the opportunity to discuss your projects, design work and diploma portfolios informally with Angus and his colleagues.
