Dates and times 17 Sep 11 More info 10 am to 5 pm Saturday and Sunday Cost £50 Course summary Centre 81, an eco-renovated building with a ground source heat pump, will be the venue for the 2-day introduction to Permaculture course on 17 and 18 September 2011. Centre 81 is in Garelochhead, an hour to the west of Glasgow, in a beautiful and accessible part of Argyll and Bute. This 2-day course will teach you the basics of permaculture design that you will be able to apply to any environment. Topics include: permaculture ethics and principles, patterns in nature, sustainable systems, permaculture design tools and strategies, permaculture gardening, sustainable communities, observation skills, and design exercise.
