Learn to make an earth oven

David Lloyd from the Centre for Alternative Technology will guide us in preparing and using an earth mix to make a beautiful earth oven. We will learn about the correct soil mix and oven construction as well as how to cook with it – we may even be able to fire the oven up on the final day and do some cooking, but it depends on the Vallis Veg soil mix.
