Ourganics is a food producing permaculture project with lots of excellent examples of DIY off-grid infrastructure, from solar hot water to ground water purification. It's a perfect place to learn permaculture and just a short distance from the sea. Led by permaculture author and teacher Aranya, with Pat Bowcock of Ourganics, this is one of the best examples of local scale permaculture food production in Britain.
