Course summary

In this workshop I'll give my tips and ideas for setting up a garden foraging system for happy hens and delighted ducks! Planting useful perennials, herbs and annual greens, including easy to grow fruit, grain and seeds in their foraging space, maximising successional yields whilst encouraging soil life. This workshop is for those who wish to increase their poultry's health and welfare by providing multiple habitats and natural food, reduce their commercial feed reliance, and even grow some useful stuff to eat themselves!

This workshop will include a tour of Foxfield, a vegetarian lunch, plus some hands on practical work.
