You will learn how to make the handle from a wreath which is then attached to the rim using a “Gods Eye” weave. You will insert several ribs and also learn how to weave the willow to form the body of the basket. You will learn traditional weaving techniques to create a beautiful and strong basket. This basket is also ideal for use as an egg basket. A selection of willow colours will be available. This workshop is suitable for all levels. All tools and equipment will be provided.
